This video introduces the business case as explained in the ITIL v3 volumes Service Strategy and Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
The video is one out of a series of study aids for students studying the topic ITI597 with Charles Sturt University.
The ITI597 module is provided in a dynamic online and real-time interactive environment, and supported with a virtual study environment located in SecondLife space, and videos such as these.
As subject coordinator I provide live web based sessions for all ITI597 students at least once a week, and strongly support any multimedia technology that makes blended and passionate learning a reality.

  • @nbondada Thanks for the positive feedback :-)

  • excellent!!

  • @blazer11117 Thanks for the feedback. We do provide RCV and OSA as part of our graduate certificate programs. This means you'll only have to do 4 subjects, of which RCV and OSA could be two. Unfortunately we can't change the requirement to sit accredited training as that comes from APMG, but I will start posting heaps of study-buddies for the intermediate courses shortly :-)

  • Many thanks for all your ITIL videos Marco, I will be taking the Foundation exam in the next month or so. For your next videos I would hope you would consider the ITIL Intermediate modules, in my position I will looking to take on the RC&V module. I am a bit shocked that you MUST go on accredited training as a requirement. Again keep up the good work with the videos.

  • @koyasha007 No problem and I'm glad you like them! Are there any others topics you're looking for? I haven't decided on the next batch of videos as yet. Regards, IsleBeeBach

  • Hi Marco
