  • its good to see that people appreciate what these guys do, sux if your power was out for awhile but keep in mind these guys could die working on power, so they take as much time as needed to stay safe god bless the lineman

  • You are an idiot.

  • Great job - keep up the great work - you guys are the best. Steve you are the man!!

  • wOOt! Go Uncle Steve!!!

  • Bless you and your husband! I will cross my fingers that it is possible that all may be home with their loved ones for the holidays.

  • I'm from New Brunswick, and my husband is working in Maine and New Hampshire. He has told me that there may be a chance that he won't be home for Christmas. The out of state crews will be staying until all power is restored.

  • I live in Fitzwilliam, and a 3 trees hit my house, and my car. Our road is completely blocked with trees and wires everywhere. Some say that power won't be back until jan. in mass and southern NH. The condemned our house because its not liveable. Our school isn't even open, until Jan.

  • I heard that the out of state crews all head home for the holidays on Friday, so if your power is not restored by that time then you're SOL until after the new year.

  • Why aren't they still bringing more crews in from out of state? If there's so much damage and they're now saying it will be DAYS more, even for some towns inside the Salem/Nashua/Manchester triangle, it seems to me that it would have been prudent to bring as many crews in from as far away as they need. Why did they stop with the number of crews that they have?

This question need to be answered by someone hi up at PSNH because this type of customer service sucks.

  • My father has worked for PSNH for 40 years and has been involved in storm recovery all that time and has never seen anything so bad. He retired in August but at 60 years old is out working 15 hour days to help with this terrible situation. I live in Peterborough and our entire town is still down, it may be several more days or longer before we are running again. As frustrating as it is, I know first hand how hard these PSNH folks are working and I think we all owe them thanks.
