Souly Entertainment is a production company that provides services throughout the DMV (D.C., Maryland and Virginia)area. These services include: Music Videos, Events, Parties, Sporting Events, Graduations, Recreational Events, Documentaries, and Television Pilots. The company was founded by Julia Proctor in partnership with Erin Jenkins. Julia and Erin have a great compassion for Video Production, and the partners aim to provide Clients with soulful production and entertainment concepts.
Julia Proctor attended Morgan State University for Telecommunication, and the Art Institute of Washington for Digital Media Production. After her initial stint with BET Interactive and then Okeefe' Communication (Local Production Company), she decided to start her own production company. Proctor s current project is Truth High, which is scheduled to be shot in Late July 2008.
Erin Jenkins attended Florida International University and later transferred to Howard University in 2004. She graduated in May 2007 with a B.A. in Communications-Television Production with a minor in Spanish. Erin is currently employed with BET Interactive as a Web Page Production Assistant, Editor and Encoder. When Julia left BET Interactive she stayed in contact with Erin, they continued to exchange ideas and dreams and Souly Entertainment was born.
Both partners have an endless number of great ideas and boundless enthusiasm. Souly Entertainment anticipates, with joy, the possibility of working in collaboration with you in the development and production of your project.
