@makewarnomore This is Gary Duncan singing. I first met Duncan up at his recording studio in the mid-80's. Gary played tapes of a bunch of songs (all unreleased at the time) along with some unreleased Dino Valenti tracks (not sure if the Dino material was Quicksilver or "solo"). I commented to Gary how much his singing sounded like Dino's (not even talking about this song, but other tracks) and made some reply about how he spent so much time with Dino, something must have rubbed off.

@Yoibejoni1, that is definately not Gary Duncan singing, it is Dino. It is very obvious as well. Effects or not, that is Dino singing on this track. I also saw Quicksilver play in NYC during the early 70's. They all had distinctive sounding voices, and this is Dino's.

Take it from someone who saw every QUICKSILVER concert in N.Y> in the early 70's! Thats GARY singing HIS song! He "WHISPER" sings this with EFFECTS!!
just like the guitar effects!!! He would sing this while DINO went backstage on break!
Dino was never near this song, never mind singing it!!!i

that is Duncan singing ... he wrote the song and he is singing ...

Interesting, I would have thought for sure it was Dino. BTW, check out Garys web site, he has been thru a lot since the day. Even completely gave up music at one point, a very complex man.

believe it or not that is gary duncan singing........he just started singing higher by then, like dino.
