Track is actually called "Here Come The People" from the 1982 New Musik album "Warp"

If you can track a copy down, it was released on CD in Japan in 2001 (Epic Records International EICP 7015)

The group at this time was a trio, comprising Tony Mansfield, Clive Gates and Cliff Venner.
