@Jokerister Yeah... the Moldova that you see in the band description is the Romanian Moldova, not the Republic.
About Ubisoft, the Romanian studio is one of the most important for Ubisoft, and I think that the guys here were responsible with the soundtrack. As you said, it's great that they used this kind of music in Rabbids Go Home.

@alexemihail92 Well I search this band and its was telling me that is origin is Moldova, and there is no diffirent in Moldovan and Romanian languages. Well who knows, Its realy good that ubisoft ask Moldovan/Romanian band to make music for there game.

@Jokerister It's not based on language. The band is a gypsy band and it's from Romania. Also, the song is a "folkloric song" and is sung by different people. As far as i know, its origins are Romanian.
About the differences, i don't know all about that, but in the past it was a part of Romania, they speak (a part of them) in Romanian and they have something in common with us. Anyway, good for them that they are not labeled as thieves, gypsies or anything like that :D
