Even though captainblue49 kans a lot, usually he's intelligent enough to not kan when someone declares riichi. Usually.

@captainblue50 You understand that the only thing calling that kan does is let you see one more tile, right? Declaring a kan won't make your hand any bigger, since you're already shooting for a yakuman.

@RaikouRider It also gives you a replacement tile which means you effectively get two draws, making you that much closer to winning if it's a matching tile, which it did.
