Your time-lapse videos are terrific.
The speed is "just right":
- not too slow that it drags
- not too fast that it's a blur (ie: can't see anything)
The original music is a nice touch, too.

It seems odd that every station is completely different...

everyone uses lrt's except montreal lol

radiofreebc... vancouver is the little city with a big name that people just love to love... lol. It's the only "world class" city with a world class skytrain where "downtown" means robson st., yaletown or davie st. oh and let's not forget all eight blocks of downtown granville! ....Like ....oh my God.. haven't you heard?!?!!

@PavleProductions I agree with you that it's nicer than a lot of transportation out there, but compared to what ELSE is out there it's pretty shaby, considering we pay some of the highest taxes in the world, right here in BC. In all fairness I'll give it a 6 out of 10 in comparison to what else I've seen. By the way, I am from Europe too, though I haven't been back there for about 15 years now.. if you love technology, culture and nice things you should check out Japan. Simply amazing!!!
Agree with the top-rated commenter on all points. And how in the world did you eliminate all the vibrations from the motion of the train? Please don't tell me your trains don't have any... DC's Metro is bumpy, crowded and prone to breakdowns, but Vancouver's system looks utterly civilized.

@Mezzotenor The train is actually really smooth. It's always been world-class. The first half of this loop is newer (2000ish) and the last half is older (1986)...but it's seamless all the way through. The old stations aren't as nice, but the track is great. In real time it's a bit bumpier, but the playback speed does reduce that...and I have the camera on a good tripod on the window ledge right at the front with the lens as wide as it'll go, so that helps too.

Totally rad, however, it doesn't actually go to Clark/VCC...

@NerdyCanadian it actually begins there.
