Over 40 and doing CrossFit. Today was wife/husband swap. I separated couples and divided the group into pairs for 3 Rounds: 21 Pull-Ups, 21 Push-Ups, 21 Knees to Elbows, 21 20" Jump Box Jumps, 400m row, 150 feet traveling lunges, 21 16kg/8kg Kettlebell Swings! Take a look ;-)
