Hiya Folks, it's been a while - as usual.

We're back with a tasty brew done up by Stone, Victory, and Dogfish Head brewing companies. The bottle we picked up is from Stone brewing company, and has a 97 rating on RateBeer.

It's a lovely beer done in the saison style. So, get a bottle, pour yourself a glass, and join us.

It's a lovely apricot/peach yellow hue in the glass with a tight white head. Smells fruity of the previously mentioned fruits, as well as some light floral aromas - possibly orange blossom...lightly grassy/reedy, and overall refreshing to the nose.

High carbonation when it hits the tongue, mild mouth feel, and quite refreshing - go on, take another sip, gulp it down for that matter, it's delicious.

We like it a lot.

Greg gives it a 4/5, or a thumbs up.
Meredith gives it a 4.5/5, or a thumbs up.

Cheers!

  • Congrats you two! That's so awesome. :))))

That's cool you even get this beer where you live. It's a nice one. I had it on tap in San Diego and it was quite enjoyable, as grassy as it was.

  • @BeerichiTuba Actually we picked this up while on vacation in AZ. We have seen other Stone colabo beers before in our area, but have yet to see this one. Good find for us I guess.

Yeah, it was grassy, but nice. I can imagine that it would be lovely on tap.

  • Hey, congratulations to you guys!

Like you, I picked up Saison du BUFF out-of-state (when I was in Chicago). Probably the best heavily spiced/herbed beer I've had, I thought it was great.

  • Congrats guys, looking frwd to move reviews!

  • I'm so happy for you two. Two great people together that enjoy great beer.

  • @ChadzBeerReviews

The label was actually clear plastic, with some lovely symbols and script. Each one of the brewers released their own versions as well. This one in particular was brewed at the Stone brewing company, in California. Sorry we didn't clarify that!

  • congrats guys.....glad to see you back......cheers

  • about damn time you guys got back on youtube. Did you move again?

Greg it took you 20 pours to get all the beer in both glasses, lol

if you guys are going to be making regular reviews we'll have to do another beer trade. I need some Founders and Bells beers!

there's no label on the bottle?

    good review, nice cleavage!
