Brief Report by Ron Haugen on the May 30, 2009 "THIS PLACE MATTERS" event that took place at the Wardenclyffe Site near Shoreham Long Island. NYS Assemblyman Marc Alessi announced the procurement of a $350,000 State grant to serve as potential downpayment toward the current 19 acre site owned by AGFA Corporation. The intention to create a Tesla Science Center at this site, if purchased by Suffolk Co. Long Island. NY was re-iterated and emphasized. This is the last remaining foundation of a lab used by Telsa at the turn of the 20th Century. Speaker" Dr. Vujovic, Jane Alcorn and Marc Alessi.
