@Ghost2161 to avoid getting sued because of the M.Bison thing. Vega and Balrog got changed because, fuck if i know.

@Ghost2161 japanese its Vega, because thats why. japanese Vega is called balrog. japanese Balrog is called M.Bison.(pun on Mike Tyson)
they changed it to avoid getting sued. done.
