You too can repair your own heels tips (NOT A BROKEN OFF HEEL). I'm not a professional so if there is a "proper" technique...I didn't use it. Try it at your own risk.

***PLEASE NOTE*** The replacement heel tips came with my shoes. They can be purchased online by searching for them. I have not purchased them online and I would hate to list a link to a website that I am not familiar with. One of subscribers mentioned that they can be purchased from Target. Make sure you measure your heel carefully before purchasing. Also, take note of the shape of your heel. Good luck!

***UPDATE*** I went to Target and they do sell heel tips for 4.99! You get 4 pairs in 2 different sizes!

  • For real, you are my new BFF. First, I can now style my own hair in these fancy styles. Then, my husband was TOTALLY impressed that I went to Home Depot, got me the "Zip-it" and fixed my own slow-leaking drain in my bathroom. (Well, he was also TOTALLY grossed out by the globs of hair that came out of the drain). lol. I was like "Sug showed me how to do this!" He's like "Who is Sug?!?!" lol. AND NOW, I can fix my own shoes!? Sug = saving big $

  • Oooo Sugar u make me want to sprinkle your walking path with flower petals like u are prince of Zamunda

  • <3 you sug!!!

  • Thank You so much! It worked for me

  • But Sug LOL at all the Disclaimers in your videos. It's sad when people don't take responsibility for their own actions. We are all adults here. SMH! ***Disclaimer*** please be careful when responding to video so you don't chip a nail or damage your manicure.

  • Good tip, I had no idea that Target sold these. I have 2 pairs of boots in my car now that I was supposed to take to the shoe shop. So glad I saw this.....OMG, I saw this tutorial on Youtube and now Im missing an eye....too funny!

  • Ooo, girl! This video is right on time! I have a pair of black, patent leather, peep toe, ankle strap wedges with a raggedy heel! My co-worker talked about me, so, I was gonna have them repaired. But, now that I've watched your video, I'll try the DIY first. If it works, I know I'm gonna look at all of my other heels to see if they need repair. Thanks so much!

  • @whoissugar i am "bruv", not a "sis"...i 've been googling and panic-buying via ebay...eventually i figured out that "shoe goo" is what i need ...and i ordered it...but i bought some female heel replacements in meantime...let me know if you want them (brand new, unpacked) half price, lol!

  • This is a great idea...I tried it with a few pairs of heels and it wasn't so easy....maybe I did something wrong....

  • One person lost an eye due to irresponsiblility with the hammer.
