and the evil force never came by God's creation because it states in Genesis that God's creation was good. The burning witches, this was used as a law of the old testiment which was by the reformation when witch craft was abanddon. these laws were never fulfill in man and that is why we have the new testiment now becuase Christ came back fullfill those laws whihc are to be punished by God and not man. and you went to wikipedia for research because I told you already Wikipedia is 80% false information it gives never true but the punishments for witches was from mankind

Answer me for once. If the bible is perfect, why does it contain a verse that led to the burning of 40,000 "witches"?

Because it's false as being sent from a good God, it's true as being sent from an evil force.
