Pan, mutated Toa of sonics

This is my entry for Kylernuva135's MOC contest 6. Enjoy :)

Backstory

Pan wears the Kanohi Oculus, given to him by the Toa elite. It gives him the power to generate any sound, from a high-pitched wail that destroys eardrums, to a sonic boom (which also destroys eardrums). Like Headbang (aka Lemo), he was mutated by a corruption rahkshi N.U.V.A. (Nymphlike Undersized Vehicular Armor). The mutation left Lemo (formerly Headbang) completely evil and insane, while simply changing the physical form of Pan. The mutation also left him blind, and he uses sonar to "see" his surroundings.
