you could do that 50% faster if you were smart about the tool changes.

I've only been programming for a couple months (hand and CAM) and I want to punch out the programmer of this one, you're gonna wear out that machine right fast that way and heat it up too. Back and forth between pockets and not putting the finishing tools at the end of the cycle. Yah I counted about 16 tool changes as well.

Kinda ironic this is a video of speed, but still you wasted tons of time with the chamfer tool.

how many tool changes? if i progged that job my boss would have sacked me after the 4th tool change no matter how quick the ATC

yea i own one of these machines, very fast. The ATC is awsome. The drill hes probably using is an osg you can plunge the hell out of those things. We do it almost that fast in stainless castings. But anyway, yea i would kick that guy in the ass for bringing out that chamfer tool sooo many times.
