@hisdudeness09 okay? i still wouldnt use the word "brilliant", definitely not for this example. odb has plenty of great work, this isnt part of it (in my opinion). i agree he didnt take everything seriously, but its safe for me to say this is probably the least amount of effort he put in to any song.
