David Niehaus playing Buddy Holly's Peggy Sue with a professional band. It was his first time playing his guitar in a public performance. Halfway through the song he dropped his guitar pick and played the guitar solo with his thumb. You can see the singer bend down, pick up something, and hand it to David. That was David's guitar pick.
