@xxtheskyisfalling Well it's not really trusting the Mayans per se. They had their calendars and their prophecies created in their context for their people. These are interpretations of some people about the mayan calendar and prophecies and btw I dont think there's anything about a planet X in them, just the 2012 date that is the end of their long count calendar but that doesn't mean "Nibiru" is going to hit us XD

@snickerstb We cant shooot at an meteor, its nothing like the movie armageddon, shooting a meteor would mean that small (but big enough) rocks from the meteor would hit all over the world, and make bigger damages, not good. This is a fact, what nasa is doing now is that they look at the possibility to send something that is bigger then the meteor, meaning its speed will slow and start orbiting the spacecraft or whatever they send, because of gravity. a running black hole: nothing to do about
