  • I did intuflow for a year and half off youtube and got hooked on it enough to buy his full Intuflow dvd set. It's totally changed the way I move and feel and is the centerpiece around which the rest of the movement modalities I do flow.

  • I bought the 'ageless mobility' DVD as well as the 'free to move' book. Both are the best stuff out there!!! I am wondering if there is a 'free to move' dvd that can help me transition from the 'ageless mobility' stuff to what seems like intermediate level complexity of the 'free to move' book.

  • This is poetry in motion.

  • Great!

  • In this he looks like Maynard James Keenan.

  • i like the figure eight wave flow with the legs,. i learned that at a systema seminar

  • Thx for the visibility of the body training! There is a trend in fitness as all the trainers now are dressing like Rapper pants and loose t-shirt. We buy the DVD and have non clue of what happened under thoses clothes... Is that thight clothes a demonstration about the american homophobic thing , calling everything gay? I worked with prof athlete and they call everything a bit artistic or muscular as gay? - Human body is a marvelous machine Thx to show how to make it more functional ;-)

  • Is this the same as is explained on the ageless mobility DVD? Thanks :)

  • I would really like to know which DVD covers this work-out. Thanks in advance.

  • @andersmalling It takes about 15 mins and can be done daily. Some people like to do this early and then workout later. I use it as my warmup before working out.
