  • Raw food is awesome.. Dr Oz scary.

    get a good blender. Put an organic cucumber, celery, chia seeds, filtered water, coconut oil, raw honey and some frozen berries in a blender.

  • @RMCrowley Dr OZ is one of the bigger mainstream advocates for Raw food. He is helping get the messga eout about raw food.

  • love your video - but honestly RAW.....let me know when you get back down to earth. Eat asian food and the WEIGHT WILL DROP OFF!!!

  • Raw fruits veggies nuts & seeds are not for everyone 100% of the time atleast some of the time. Yes asian food is wonderful for weightloss! If it works for you DO it =)

  • Just wondering how you're doing 4 years later? You do not loook 33 in this video and I'm betting you still look the same if you've been following this plan! =) Thanks for the video...I didn't realize the stuff that you mentioned about calorie restriction.

  • @danhantheman low carb diet? LOL. Um no. At the end of the day having a calorie deficit is what it all comes down to. A balanced diet of protein/carbs/healthy fats is much more doable than a low carb diet. As long as you are burning off more calories than you are taking in the weight will come off. Forget the lame fad diets.

  • You're 33!!!!!!!! You either handle stress very well or you don't have a stressful job. I'm 25 and I have stress lines on my forehead... I wish I could get rid of them :-(

  • Dr. Oz is a fraud, the best diet to lose weight is to lower carbs from w/e you're doing. eat whole foods, eat meat (don't go vegan), and follow it for life. if you're obese or yo-yo swing your weight thru out your life, do a strict paleo diet (Paleo Solution by Robb Wolff). Do this shit and u guys will have 100% health and an ideal body weight. worked for me

  • Honestly, there's probably no one who needs an anti-aging diet less than you do, because before you said you were 33, I thought you were somewhere around 19 or 20....

  • I just recently became a Vegan and it's utterly amazing!
