I have movie maker and I put it in HD, but the maximum is 856 by 480

@rbrocks1 ok, so when you are done editing your video and press publish, save it, then a screen pops up and theres three choices press the third one then the down arrow and theres options like 480p, 720p, 1080p, 1080p x-box 360.
