I saw an ad just like this in an old issue of National Geographic. They really went all out to prove how much better Major League Baseball was than Atari Baseball. Which Atari baseball game was this?
Shut the fuck up, you're a lame, stale mouthed noob and you probably still dream about your mommy's milky tits when you fall asleep at night. You wouldn't be old enough to know what a good game is and you probably could not pick Robert Plant out of a crowd if he was taking a shit while doing a handstand.
Intellivison and Atari both fucking rule, and they still do today and you know why? Cause my 3 year old cousin can pick a controller up and immediately play Pole Position and have fun.
Amazingly enough, the Intellivision is technically the first ever 16 bit console...only problem is the hardware around the processors back then could not really take advantage of it.
This commercial was aired back in 1980 I believe, long before NES existed, or any of the later systems. The only major competitors to Intellivision were Atari and Collecovision, both of which had much lower quality graphics and game play.
George Plimpton.. why do I know his name.. sad. Intellivision owned. Better graphics can make a great game and better game play can too. Both rocks. That was the INTY back then. It kicked atari's nards.
