@cshalbam I always use my hand mixer until the semolina is crumbly and sticky from the egg mixture, then I turn it onto my work space and start kneading.
@kingdarko Yes you can, but then the pasta doesn't dry as well on the pasta rack. Flour pasta with a low part of semolina works well for fresh pasta, but not for drying.
What kind of olive oil do you use? In the video it has kind of a strange colour, kind of like whiskey. Most olive oils are light to medium green in colour. oO

Its usefull to me. coz after 2 hours, i'll make a raviloli. when u mix the stuff, isnt it better? use the fork.
