well, it depends on what to build, area of engineering and avalible resources. There is no standard answer to that. Ideas will come all the time - engineering is always a full-time job, as even if you spend a few hours in the firma, your brain keeps working all the time on solutions. Sometimes ideas come while taking bath or so. It also depends if the first prototype works - or a lot of debug is required - especially in software and electronical engineering

  • to all noone cares if u dont like enginneering i love it personally but noone cares right? SO DONT COMMENT TO ALL YE HATERS and lovers cause i dont want that crap in a song

  • that's why engineers should stay with our maths and not try music...

  • @lolliepop1435 Me too what school u go to

  • i watched this in class today

  • How come Maurice Johnson with Ph,D and degree in electrical engineering live in a homeless shelter?

  • @keatonnelson97 Gangsta's paradise by Coolio ^^

  • What is the real song of this parody

  • I can see the beauty in math (sometimes), not sure I can see the fun...

Your job is to invent stuff, if IBM wants something invented, they come to you, right?

How much time do you need until you have an idea that might work and what happens if you don't have one? Do you get fired?

    Or how does it work?

  • I thought a geek like you would LOVE opensource! Where's the download link?
