  • Fresh fruit of any kind gives me an energy boost as powerful as a shot of espresso! :)

  • @GainPeaceNotPounds mmm, me too! fresh fruit is one of my favorite foods... thanks for posting, and glad you learned something :)

  • I am recovering from chronic fatique syndrome and my top tip is, Siberian Ginseng, Rodiola Rossea is also a great energy booster. Some days I notice it more than others but a healthy diet and lifestyle helps ALOT. Being in line with your life's purpose keeps us energised aswel. Love peace and sparkle <3

  • @TheLipstickhippie so true on being in line with your life's purpose :)

  • @ChristinePadillaELA great point, a healthy breakfast is so great to starting your day off with the right energy levels. Phil and I add a little drizzle of maple syrup for a special Sunday breakfast - still healthy overall, but a bit of treat in there too ;)

  • @ChristinePadillaELA sugar! ;) and stress - not a food, but really affects all of your glands

  • @ChristinePadillaELA hypothyroidism is an imbalance in itself, and a major symptom is fatigue - not sure if it leads to chronic fatigue syndrome, but either way it should be addressed as its own imbalance. The thyroid needs iodine, so that's one place to start - get that from kelp or iodine supplements. It also can be hormonal-based - maca is a powdered root that's good for mild hormone imbalances, but you should probably see a naturopath to tell if it's more serious - good luck :)
