Yeah, he's british.

It's actually a London accent, he was born in West London and grew up in Stevenage and then moved back to London. It seems funny to me how people love the accent, I'm surrounded by it lol
British accent could be lots of different accents for example Irish, Scottish, Liverpool (Scouse), Newcastle (Georgie), Bristol... but Ed's is a London one.
