Shouldn't work out 5 days a week if you're trying to build muscle bro, you're new pic you look skinny so start doing a 3 day split. Monday - Chest/tris/shoulders, wednesday legs/abs and friday back/bicep. If you are trying to loose more weight thow then carry on with youre 5 day but it doesn't look like you need to.

@DanSupYt I know what im doing lol. I was also counting cardio days as workout days to because I do cardio x2 and that accounts for 2 of the 5 days (:

@DanSupYt Nah I definately still need to do cardio (: My knees are messed up a bit so I cant really do much on leg days and upper body fat burn is pretty limiting when its the only real muscle workouts you can do, I got about 5 lbs of fat id like to drop before I think of stopping cardio, Im in worse shape now then I was 2 months ago cause I was sick for a month otherwise id probably be done with most my cardio by now but I gained like 7 lbs of fat/lost 5-7 of muscle.
