Then just give them the proper clothing / JACKETS. These people that are dying are dying from lack of necessities, to keep them warm. They are endanger because they can get things to keep them warm. So, why in the world would they be able to afford "Slices"?

the prblem with this is yeah how is it going to charge if you have clothing over it? It isn't like everyone will buy "special"clothing with holes in it where they are needed to allow the "Slices" to charge and function. YOU need to think on a basic level, going back to the "theory" of a Placebo. Your body will naturally think it is warmer if we can develop away to have peoples minds think they are warm.

Nice idea man! But:
1)You forgot the chest! It's the most important part of the body to be heated.
2)There is such thing only it's a machine that you attach to your shoulder and it's warming your hole body.
