Fishin in NW Iowa. Find structure, either weed edges or rocks, adjacent to drop-offs. Walleyes like to roam structure, but like to be able to escape to deeper water quickly. I like to use jigging spoons like the Northland Buckshot or the Rattlin' Flyer, in glo-colors with minnow heads. Low light periods are usually the best.

Waterfowlin is getting me through right now, but I'm starting to feel the itch a little bit. As long as I don't go down to the shed and see my ice house I'll be alright for another month or so, haha
