Really enjoyed the video. Your about 13 pounds more than I currently am & 1 inch taller.
Im starting weight watchers jan.3.
I'm really stubborn when it comes to choosing food. So Im praying Ill be successful and open the door and realize,that I have to in order to be successful. Amazing job girl,keep it up <3

i really have been thinking about joining but i am scared i wont grasp how to eat right..does that make sense? is it easy to follow what u should eat?

@josuroberts the good thing is is that the program is totally realistic and you get to eat what you normally eat, but in moderation....and as time goes by you just learn to make better food choices. i was scared of failing in the beginning and thinking that eating more food was not going to help me lose weight, but i was wrong. WW,calorie counting, changing eating habits, or exercising more are all effective ways to lose weight. just have faith in yourself , try your best, and you will be amazed
