Simple formula: cut funding [example A: Public Schools], 2- watch it fail, 3- premote its failure, 4- privatize it. Everyone [except our children] WINS!!!!!!

Gentleman at 04:05 is wrong. It's not mismanagement. Public School Districts make their annual budgets, then Federal and State governments cut funding [funds Districts factored in], then PRESTO: instant deficit! [All nice & neatly packaged!]
