I am thoroughly confused, please help me figure this out.

I loved this movie as a child, but I do not remember the witch the way it's portrayed in this video. All I remember is the eye, floating and speaking about the prophecy. There was no little black woman running around, asking about money. Am I crazy, or could there be a second Disney version? There was singing in the version I recall, but not the witch. Help?

@MrsGoodbye The other ruined version, which is worse, is posted here as "Arabian Knight." It is available in the US under the title The Thief and the Cobbler, a title it doesn't deserve.

@MrsGoodbye ~ there were about three different versions and if you want the original I suggest watching "The Thief and the Cobbler: Recobbled Cut" edited as it was intended by Williams. (There are no songs, however, since that was added later for distribution)

...did you know it took about thirty years to "finish" this movie? And it still wasn't fully done!

@MrsGoodbye There was never a disney version. Plus the version that your thinkning of is the one entitled Arabian Knight which was the Miramax version. That's the version that has Matthew Broderick voicing Tack. Obviously the Tack isn't voiced by Matthew here.
