Scott Rigsby, double-leg amputee IronMan, got fitted on his first MTB and is seen here riding for the first time at the ATS Training Center (aka PainCave) in the parking lot. Good bunny-hops, Scott! Leadville 100 next!
This is great! I too am a bilateral BK. I ride my Mt bike 3-5 times a week. Love the video. Check out my biking videos when you get a chance. And if you are ever in or near VA hit me up for a ride.
Check out my MTB video and you'll see that a BK can do just as much as a sound bodied MTB-er. I plan to put more up when I get a new cam. I'll be able to mount next to the rear derailleur to show my legs working.
Lookin' good bud. Is there any particular reason your cleats are on your heel? I put mine on my toe section. It's more natural that way. If you think about it, when you sprint on foot or on a bike, you should be up on your toes. Even when you're just riding casually, you're still on your toes. It gives your more suspension too, especially since that's a carbon foot.
