@lfilipem Too bad Nuno Pinheiro isn't playing for your NT anymore, he's a very good setter. The veteran middle Joao Jose is still there, one of my favorite middle players, a real smart guy.

@ZoomZip Yeah, they need more ball control, and also more variation on the attack. Their predictability ruins their chances sometimes. Cuba relies too much on their strength.

@lfilipem Portugal is back to the World League, so I guess you'll have the chance to watch several matches.

@igorotak26phil leonel marshall is not even close to the most talented player in volleyball. he is known for his vertical not his volleyball skills. not only that but he is retired now because of his knees. murilo endres and giba and sergio have easily 10x the talent of marshall.

it seems like the cuban's men's and women's teams have only one thing in common..that is using BRUTE force to win...wic is unlikely to bring them any place in the 21st century with styles, deceit and soft techniques that can bring out champions!!!
