I remember watching this series..... Was called "Fridays" and this was way before Kramer was famous on Seinfeld...... also Mark Blanchfield was hillarious!

Only those who were around for this show can fully appreciate the wit behind the skits.
The Rasta Gourmet was a skit dedicated to the "overblown, stoned-up, banged-out" stereotype of how we viewed Jamaicans back in the 1980s, which is where this show came from- NOT the '70s.
How to relax?
-Wit' a massage? No-no-nooo, no.
