rich, im doing a similar job on my 2000 impala in that im changing out the right front cv axle. is there a specific procedure for separating the steering knuckle from the lower ball joint? im having the hardest time with it.

@MrPizzaboy88 If it is that stubborn you might have to use a ball joint separator.
