@FitnessTrance Seriously? What needs to be healthier? It's almost entirely fruit and nuts. There's no butter, no oil, no egg yolks, no refined sugar or flour--just 2 tablespoons of honey as sweetener. If you think that's too unhealthy, you should just eat a celery stick for dessert.

@noreenbc you can just omit it or replace it with orange extract (lemon extract, almond extract , etc. - your choice)
