Building a phaser part 2

This is a simple project - i will build a clone of the Small Stone phaser as a floor effects unit with some modifications to add some more control over the sound.

Dur to the simplicity of this project, i decided to document all steps, starting with making the PCB for it, ending with the tests. So not all videos appear at once, but i think this should happen within 3 weeks or so. Make sure to come back and see if new parts appeared with the time.

This is part 2 showing the etching and mechanical work on the PCB.

erstmal danke für die sehr informativen videos. ich muss mir auch einen bauen...sehr inspirirend!

aber woher hast du denn deine ganzen wekzeuge,equipment ? so ne werkstadt plus studio muss ja schon den wert eines kleinwagens haben :). du hast ja echt ALLES zum selbermachen daheim. unglaublich :D

und woher bekommt mann das säurebad?^^

Das Equipment kommt fast komplett aus Internet-Shops. Billig ists nicht, aber mit etwas Zeit für Recherche bekommt man gute Geräte für relativ wenig Geld. Alles ist noch nicht im Haus, aber mit ein wenig Improvisation reichts fürs Meiste :)

Das Natriumpersulfat bekommst Du, wie auch das Ätzgerät, beim Elektronikhändler Deiner Wahl, wobei ich dieses Ätzgerät nicht empfehlen möchte, sehr großer Mist, da ist nach jedem Ätzgang irgendwas Anderes kaputt.

Ich merke, ich hätte mir doch Proxxon anstatt Dremel kaufen sollen. Bei Dremel hat alles ziemlich viel Spiel (sogar die Lager des Bohrers selbst, vom Bohrständer braucht man gar nicht erst anzufangen) und genau zentrierte Löcher bohren wird zur Sisyphus-Arbeit.
