iCode allows you to create web pages on your iPhone or iPod Touch. This webapp is in alpha stage, so don't expect it to be pefect.

How to install:
Step one: Navigate to http://sawmaster2.no-ip.org:8888/icode/install.html on your iPhone
Step two: When the page is finished loading, tap "Click to install"
Step three: When that page is finished loading, tap the Plus (+) and tap "Add to Home Screen"
Step four: You will be taken to the homescreen, and a new icon should appear. Tap the new icon (the icon saying "iCode"), and iCode will load.

If you just want to use iCode without installing, navigate to http://sawmaster2.no-ip.org:8888/icode/ .

The advantage of "installing" is that iCode will work without internet connection. iCode does not exploit your iPhone. On the page /icode/install.html, you tap "Click to install", which leads to a data URL. A data URL can work offline, because the contents of the page is in the URL. When you tap the Plus (+) and tap "Add to Home Screen", you are adding the data URL to your homescreen. All of the pages' content is saved to your homescreen, so you don't need an internet connection.

  • Yes, you'd have to put script tags in the file. So far, this editor will just run the file as a .html file.

  • YESS! DID IT AFTER 3 HOURS OF CORRECTING THE URL!

  • @oliver18754 Thanks. I'm not trying to sound tough or cool, I was just making sure you could access it.

  • @sawmaster2 If you were replying to CitricPR0ductions, then you could of told him about the web app thing that apple mentioned in the safari development page. Their weblog thing mentioned about iPhone safari. This helps a bit better then what you suggested. You seemed to misunderstand what he asked and told a whole different answer that he didn't ask.

  • No, not anymore since you fixed it. Don't try to sound tough or cool. Sounding touch or cool won't help anything. It just causes arguments. But anyways your iPhone project is awesome.

  • @oliver18754 Is it still not working?

  • I think I got the URL wrong can you check the URLs in the description?

  • Thanks dude now back on HTML

  • @freerunnering Fixed. Thanks.

  • The URL doesn't seem to be working?

  • Actually, if you jailbreak your iPod, you can install Veency and see your iPod over VNC.
