This is my Honda 400ex with a 426 bore kit in it....this is a torque monster..

Dyno at 73hp/64tq at the crank.

BTW Im actually pushing around 480cc but 426 sounds better... :)

the biggest i could find is a 4mm witch makes it a 460 wit the 440 kit

idk but it was built "loose" so it didnt take but about an hour for the full break in......but as far as it lasting it ran 8 mo. without a problem. Than I decided to do a light rebuild...
