@TheCardsProduction guey can be offensive but there is really no translation for it its more slang than anything i speak spanish at home and at work and both at home and at work i use it its not close to being dick i know how youd think it be used like that but its not most words can't be translated into english perfectly its just different you would understand if you spoke mexican spanish ^_^
