Cash for Clunkers St Louis

While driving along Interstate 70 in St. Louis, I noticed a tractor-trailer rig loaded with large, old vehicles (i.e., Cadillacs and Oldsmobiles) from the late '70s and early '80s. I was convinced that those vehicles had been traded in by people seeking to take advantage of the federal government's "Cash for Clunkers" program.

That is not cash for clunkers. If it where, I doubt they would be stacked so clean and be old 60s, 70s, 80s Caddys. They would be piled in a dump truck probably.

No, it looks like someone's collection of Cadillacs. All of them are far too old to qualify for the CARS program.
