I honestly think that Pat Tillman was very open about his opinion of the war and being such a well known figure didn't help him. Michael Ruppert had to flee to Venezuela after this story broke where he was poisoned and almost died. Donald Rumsfeld resigned shortly after. I don't think this was a premeditated murder by the United States military but it's clear that the situation presented itself and the murder was executed.
