...and don't forget lubrication. If it's sticky, that can happen, but yes, sounds like the set screw is loose.

Nice Jukebox, it trashes youre records at thew same time....

The only thing wrong with it is the gripper timing, there are set screws that you can adjust on the relays and on the other side where the mechanics are, its a pain in the ass but when you finally get it its awesome.
We were pulling our hair out with the same problem with our rowe, but found out it was as simple as the screw settings and adjustments to the arm, how forward and back it had to be to actually pick up the record and release it.

ti conviene mettere tutti i dischi se no il peso non bilancia il meccanismo e c'e' il rischio che rovini gli ingranaggi

hey allora e' servito l'aiuto.... adesso cambia il video (e' triste vedere che non prende il disco)cosi' vediamo il jukebox in funzione

il problema e nella pinza il pistoncino che sta in basso non si apre e chiude bene quindi va tolto il grasso vecchio e messo del nuovo a pasta bianca per ingranaggi (e' piu vischioso)cmq per vedere al rallentatore le fasi della pinza agisci sulla leva che spingi quando devi far avanzare il magazzino dischi mentre prende il disco fai dei piccoli movimenti sulla leva fammi sapere se hai ancora problemi

It looks like your griper that is suppose to grab the records is not working like it should. mybe you should cheak the gears on it to see if they are gone. The way it looks it just funny when it's try to play the record.
