Received new flags from a dancer at the club I attend, love them! Learned a new trick, the under spin, thought I'd show you my first attempts at it. Enjoy! Remix is of Justin Timberlake by Paul van Dyk

  • poor thing. you look like you were struggling with your flags at the time lol.

  • @thedarthflagger totally.

  • Oh gosh, I'm laughing because I know my movement was very limited at that time. The newer videos show off more moves. 12K views for this? Hehe.

  • Gosh, my movement was limited back then. Please checkout the newer videos.

  • i personally liked it! it looks like you are controlling waves of color like they are just floating in the air in front of you and your influencing it with your actions. dont listen to the jerks below! the flags are cool, and age doesn't matter

  • @katinalamb Thanks! I would've used different movements, but the studio we were in had limited spacing.

  • Wow...very entertaining/ No wonder why you're in such great shape doing that...LOL I would be all tangled up in those things, HAHAHAHA! So are they real flags? They didn't look like they had poles. I would like to learn to do this without looking like a doofus...Eh-heh. Where could I learn?

    Thanks

  • Good Job!!

  • @broadbandfreak you got so many views because Winter Guard videos lead to this video since the tags are similar.

  • wow that looks so cool

  • haha this was trippy which is awesome :D

  • @Skoben2000 they're not flags in the sense that you can hang them on a pole or attach chains to them. Unfortunately, there are many styles of flags used in dancing, but this type you typically see in the gay clubs. In a nutshell, its china silk with curtain weight sewn in the corners in the shape of an "L" to give it a flow.
