Eldercare and Caregiving in the US

Caregiving in the workplace is an issue that many employers need to consider as many more employees are becoming responsible for the caring of their family members. Many employees lose work or are interupted because of their caregiving duties. Support groups and information from the employer could save the employer money. Employers in caregiving roles are more likely to have health issues due to stress and lack of sleep thus having a higher rate of absenteesism.
