@CousinSusie Thanks Susan. I had heard about the grease, but then someone told me the grease got so stiff in cold weather, that the squirrels still made it up the poles. lol Yes, I remember that bear in your back yard. He/she was quite a sight.

What a great video Buddy!! I love watching the birds and do all the time too!!
Its hard to feed them in the summer though as you know with all the bears around here!!
You no what else stops them James & you get the biggest laugh, grease the poles and watch them jump up & slide down!! OMG I laugh my head off!!
