Yes! in 50 years the left has kept blacks ignorant and they know it.

The reason i'd like to see some sort of admission test for voters is so there would be fewer stupid questions like the infamous "boxers or briefs" question that Bill Clinton dignified with an answer.

If you are denied the right to vote then you should not have to pay taxes. Zero taxes for people who cant vote since they dont have a stake in this country. If that has been stripped from them then they should pay zero taxes.
