Fake APEXi EL2 Boost Meter with electronic sensor

This is totally junk... I've ordered one because it looks damn nice for the low price it's just too hard to resist. But before I even manage to install this is what happened. Could I be just plain unlucky or what?

I bought one of these thinking it was genuine. I didnt work, and flickered on and off. I just purchased a genuine one, and they look almost identifical, but the real one just looks so much more of higher quailty. Be vigilant.

Fake ones have clear boost line, and also have a sensor that is seperate to the main gauge (like an electronic gauge). Fake ones also have terribly blinding LEDs. Fake one was very rough as well, lots of scratches and the needle wasnt perfectly on 0.
